MY NAME IS CLIMATE

To combat climate change through education, advocacy, and direct action, fostering a sustainable and equitable future for all. My Name is Climate’s foremost mission is to promote climate as a person to every individual, emphasising the importance of acknowledging climate as a living entity that deserves our care and attention. The foundation focuses on anything climate related in the form of arts, actions and application. We aim to reach people in different and creative ways to change mindset while making them understand the importance of our climate, our planet and our lives. By humanising climate, we encourage a deeper understanding and urgency in addressing climate-related challenges.

THE FOUNDATION

My Name Is Climate is an existing foundation that focuses on organising International Film Festivals and activities related to sustainability, environment and climate. Our team of currently 12 passionate advocates believe in the power of unity for a sustainable future, and is committed to promoting awareness and actions on climate change, human- and animal rights, social -and environmental issues, carbon-neutrality and the critical interconnections between them. We strive to be a beacon of change, fostering collaboration between individuals, policymakers, and activists to address pressing global challenges, serving around the world online and physically.

Our mission is to promote the personification of climate to every individual, urging humanity to take climate issues seriously. By humanising climate, we aim to instill a sense of responsibility and urgency in addressing climate-related challenges. Through innovative projects and collaborations, we work towards a more sustainable and harmonious world. In a great variety of ways, we aim to:

Raise awareness and educate the public about climate change;

Advocate for policy changes that mitigate climate impact;

Engage in direct actions to protect and restore the environment.
